Purchases and Payment
 What is the duration of shipping?
 With a normal delivery time of seven business days, we provide free shipping within Germany.

 Which forms of payment are accepted?
 PayPal, bank transfers , and credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) are all accepted.

 Can I change or cancel my order once I've placed it?
 Kindly get in touch with us right away at service@gadgetorf.com.  Changes might not always be possible because we process orders quickly, but we will try our best to help.

 Returns and Refunds
 What is your return policy?
 For all clothing items, we provide a 90-day return window.  Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and still have their tags on.  Return shipping charges are paid for by the customer, unless the item is flawed or incorrect.

 How much time does it take to process a refund?
 Refunds are processed 7–10 business days after we receive and review your return.

 Are exchanges available?
 We don't currently provide direct exchanges.  Kindly place a new order for the desired product and return the item for a refund.

 Where can I find guides to sizes?
 Every product page has a size guide.  Please send an email to service@gadgetorf.com if you require any additional help.

 Are the sizes of your products accurate?
 True-to-size fit is a feature of our products.  For the ideal fit, we advise consulting our sizing charts.
