2. Payment Security

3. Currency Euros (EUR) are used for all transactions.
4. Invoice Generation
As soon as your order is confirmed, an electronic invoice is automatically created and sent to you via email. Included in the invoice are:
A detailed list of the goods that were bought
Each item's quantity and cost
Costs of shipping (if applicable)
The total amount paid
Relevant taxes
5. Address for Billing
Your billing address and the address linked to your payment method must match. Orders that contain inaccurate billing information might be canceled or delayed.
6. Problems with Payment
If your payment is unsuccessful, kindly:
Make sure your payment information is accurate.
Make sure there are enough funds available.
If required, get in touch with your bank or payment processor.
7. Compensation
After we receive and authorize your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. The product price less any shipping charges will be the amount of the refund (unless the return was the result of our error).
8. Tax Data
The relevant German VAT (19%) is included in all prices.
