1. Methods of Payment
Among the accepted payment methods are:
Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are examples of credit/debit cards.

2. Security of Payments
Every payment transaction is encrypted and handled by systems that comply with PCI-DSS. Complete credit card information is not kept on our servers.
3. Prices and Currency
Every transaction is handled in euros (€).
Prices include 19% German VAT.
Prices are subject to change at any time.
4. Creation of Invoices
After an order is confirmed, invoices are automatically generated.
The email address you provide at checkout is where invoices are sent.
You can access invoice copies via your customer account.
5. Terms of Payment
At the time of purchase, payment is required.
Orders are only processed following confirmation of payment.
Order cancellation will occur if payment is not received.
6. Verification of Billing Address
The address linked to your payment method and the billing address must coincide. Orders that have different billing addresses might be held for confirmation.
7. Processing Refunds
The original payment method is used to issue refunds.
Processing time: 7–10 business days following approval of the return
The product cost is included in the refund amount, minus the initial shipping costs.
8. Late Fees for Business and Wholesale Clients:
There may be a 5% monthly interest fee for late payments.
Accounts that are past due by thirty days may be put on hold.
9. Disputed Allegations
Chargebacks will result in an account suspension right away.
Before starting a chargeback, please get in touch with billing@gadgetorf.com.
Unjustified chargebacks are subject to a €25 fee.
10. Compliance with Taxes
We abide by German tax laws (§14 UStG).
DE123456789 is the VAT ID.
All invoices contain the necessary tax data.
11. Nonpayment
In the event that payment is unsuccessful:
An automated notification will be sent to you.
Orders are pending payment resolution for 48 hours.
Order cancellation occurs when payments are not settled.
12. Corrections to Billing
Errors in billing must be reported within 30 days.
Within ten business days, corrections will be processed.

14. Law Governing
German law governs these terms. The Heidelberg, Germany, courts will have jurisdiction over any disputes.
